NICO's POV

When I was growing up, I always knew that I was going to be the Alpha of a pack one day, you can only be an Alpha if you are born as one and the blood of an Alpha runs in your veins or you manage to defeat an Alpha and you take over his or her pack. 

I was born as a son to an Alpha, Alpha Nicolas. He was one of the best Alpha's our pack had ever had and he was feared by his enemies as he had one of the largest and well trained pack. From as early as I can remember my father was training me how to be an Alpha. His Beta at the time was Luca, but whenever anyone new become the Alpha they tend to make someone else the Beta, most of the time the Gamma is changed aswell but if the best person training the warriors is already doing it why would you need to change them?

I became the Alpha when I was young really I was only twenty three, my father had become tired and wanted to just be a normal member of the pack and be with his mate my mother, so he retired
