Riffraff walked out to the sunroom where his grandmother sat. She was 79 and still active with volunteer work and a part time job. She refused to be a blue haired cotton ball, so she had a long gray pixie with hot pink tips. She stayed up to date with the latest trends of make up and her eyes were smoky accenting her almost black deep blue eyes. Her lips were still a beautiful matte red even this late in the day.

Currently she sat in a rocking chair with her socked feet resting on a matching ottoman. Her fuzzy socks had cats in Santa hats on them. No slip tread on the bottom read Meowy Catsmas. After the rest of the family had left, she had changed out of her jeans into sweats while Riffraff made spiked hot cocoa. She kept on her ugly Christmas sweater, but Riffraff had stripped his off hours ago. He was back in his blue jeans, boots and cut, with no shirt as usual.
