“Vladimir!”

Calista called out his name as she opened her eyes. Tears streamed down her cheeks as memories filled her head. She then sat up in bed crying, covering her face with her hands.

“Stop crying! I hate to see you cry for him!”

A sudden fear ran down her spine as she saw Cedric sitting on the sofa, staring at her. Her heart beat faster and faster as he got up from the sofa and walked towards her.

“Don’t come near me!”

He kept walking with his eyes fixed on hers and sat on the bed. She gasped in fright as he pushed her body to lie down with him on top of her, clutching her hands above her head.

“Get off me!” she said, struggling.

He gave her a devilish smile. She could see in his eyes that he really enjoyed seeing her fear and helplessness.

“You are mine now. I will make you forget him and you will love me forever,” he said, his voice deep and gravelly.
