chapter 35 waiting game
Luca POV
When we arrived at the packhouse Aaron already had the angel healer waiting at the front door. He wouldn’t tell me anything about how she’s doing or let me back in the room with her. He told me he wouldn’t be able to concentrate on saving her if his alpha was breathing down his neck. She’s been back there for almost three hours now and not a single person has left. Pacing back and forth in the waiting room with the guys arguing about who's going to win the football game that's playing on the tv.
“ Are you three seriously going to sit here and argue over something stupid like that when we don’t know if Alice is going to make it or not??” I yelled
“ sir this is us trying to keep our mind off of what's going on.” Markus shrugged

Alice POV My head hurts more than it did when I first woke up! Luca hasn’t left my side since I woke up three days ago. 3 months later Luca POV Alice has become crankier than usual, her mood swings are giving me whiplash. The baby is growing a lot faster with her being half angel.
