68. Locking The Perpetrator

The atmosphere in the backyard seemed so crowded. All the staff as well as xD members were preparing for the "Last Night Party" Everyone had decorated every corner as festive as possible.

Byun momentarily pulled into the villa to look for a knife. He wanted to help the staff and Suhoo cut fresh fruit for the evening snack.

Byun didn't give up. He went inside the villa just in case there was a fruit knife left or maybe he could use another type of knife.

The man circled the kitchen. "Whoa! There's still a butcher knife left." He held up the large knife. "With this knife, it looks like it will be difficult."

Byun scratched the back of his non-itchy head, still trying to find another knife. Some of the staff might have brought folding knives because they had camped at Mount Halla. Usually, adventurers brought a full set of equipment.

"Mr. Cho!" Byun called out to one of the staff coming out of the room.

"Yes?"

"Did you bring a knife? A pocketknife, perhaps?"
