Chapter 34

Back at Clara's house, Valeria is on her bed crying silently and emotionally. Her back is facing Clara.

Clara is seated on the bed close to Valeria. She is trying so hard to console her but she is still in tears.

Someone knock on the door slightly and open, revealing Luca. He walk into the room with his two hands inside his pockets.

Clara look at him.

"Hey" he said.

"Hey" Clara said sighing worriedly.

"How is she?" Luca asked.

Clara shake her head.

Luca sighed. He looked at Valeria. She is still facing the other side of the bed. You could tell that she is crying.

"Again Val, I am sorry for my dad's behaviour" Luca said.

Valeria doesn't respond.

Clara sighed.

Luca stare at Val a little. He offers his hand to Clara and Clara took it. She stand on her feet.

"Let's give her some privacy"

Clara nods. She gives Val one last look before following Luca out of the room. They closed the door and head towards the living room.

They both sit on the cushion and Clara rest her head on
