A misconception

Salvatore's POV

I was heading to my room when little Enzo ran to me.

"I thought I grounded you? Why the hell are you not in your room.?" I asked in anger.

The little boy remained silent as he stared at me with a sensitive look.

He was now looking like he wanted to tear out. But I really didn't care how he felt.

If I wanted to be strict with him then his emotions most times don't matter to me, In as much as my punishment isn't a treat to his life then I was ready to stick to my words.

"Go to your room now." I ordered in a strict tune, as he turned back to leave.

"Wait." I said to him making him to halt.

"If you ever leave this room then I'll be forced to lock you in it " I threatened, as he nodded and ran to his room.

I could hear some sobbing sound after he shit the door behind him, but I cared less about how he probably felt..

He needed discipline and I was more than ready to discipline him for good.
