A knock on my door sounded. It’s obviously Alexa since my twin is the only other living soul inside this house apart from me.
“Lian,” Alexa called, “I’m coming in.”
Looking at the clock resting on top of my bedside table, it was screaming at me to stand up and start living my life again.
After that talk I had with Ace, I am lost and unsure of what I would do with my life. I thought I could escape him, but he found me. It didn’t even take him an entire month, and he found me. Just like that.
