Chapter 44

Darson thought that attending the family day in Arman's school was not a good idea. He though that he would just draw too much attention, and that it will not be good for the little kid. But, when he heard about what happened at the school, he regretted his decision. He thought that if he was there with them, he could have protected them, or spoke on their behalf. But, from what he heard, Arman did a great job standing up for himself, and for Amara.

He met one of his friends at the diner, and he told him that he was there for his son. Darson felt proud for Arman. He always knew that the little boy is a tough one. Other than that, he is happy for Amara because now, she has someone who loves her for what she is, aside from him.
