CATHERINE...

I stared at the woman, unable to figure out her reason to be here. I never knew any of Edward's family members had any issues with mental sickness. Or, it's something else?

Aunt Meril talked with that man and passed something to him which they tried to hide well. Later, both parted their ways.

"Catherine?" Liam's sudden call startled me as I leaned against the wall, blinking. "What's wrong?" He frowned, perhaps realising my doubts.

"No-nothing..." I shook my head and slowly walked toward the car absentmindedly.

Aunt Meril's presence in the asylum and giving something to that staff was quite confusing and suspicious. As much as I wanted to think positively about it, I just couldn't.

"Catherine, what's going on in your head?" Liam asked again.

Pressing my lips, I turned to him. "I saw Aunt Meril in the asylum," I muttered.

"Huh!?" He was surprised too. "You mean, Edward's mean Aunt?"

"Hmm."
