Issei told everyone he's gonna go outside for a while to test his new skills.

So it works just like Grayfia and Serafall but with more intensity that the area around him instantly frozen.

His covers his body with his Dragon aura and make it looks pitch black.

He could tell it's like he just gained a secondary armor when he covered his body with it.
