The pain was excruciating and Kayanangai cried holding Aarani's hands. 

"Don't worry, you are fine," she said and tried to calm her down but Kayanangai couldn't bear the pain at all. With one last push, her son came to this world, and hearing his cries she felt the calmness as if all her worries had gone and she felt like she had achieved something big.
