100. Marquess Daedalus' Plan

Emilio lightly massaged his forehead when he got the income and expense report from the Sigmund Kingdom's Minister of Finance. To please the nobles so that Emilio's position was safe in the past, Queen Melisa appointed corrupt officials who were easy to manage as important government officials.
