After an hour of what seemed like an endless epilogue to Ben, the long awaited bell went off for lunch break.
Mrs Stella announced their project date and end of research tour. Ferdinand shuffled his way through to the administration block without knowledge of his stalkers. They instinctively hid about a meter away from him as he neared Mrs. Pearl's office."What do we do, now?– He's going to Mrs Pearl's office" Alixies howled. Hansel stared into space with a blank gaze while he faint into his seat after Delia had left. A gloomy, roguish wrath lingered in his eyes–a sudden silence engulfed him inside out as his mind travelled back to his children, Marvin and Ben. He would go any length to make sure they were happy but Marvin's decision on his dream for him wasn't just an easy one for him to accept without his stubborn objection ; little did he know that– that was going to be his son's death trap.The thought of loosing Ben as well to Delia wasn't sinking down so well for him. There was silence– complete silence as the clock on the wall continued to tick with military precision. Just then, she heard what sounded like a footsteps behind her– She swiftly turned, all her breath trapped. Her eyes glanced around, not focusing on anything and her jaw trembled in fear, making it hard to speak.Delia sensed, she was most definitely not alone–Someone was in the house but her questions were just answered by inevitable silence. She slowly dropped her bag as she took steady steps with strained ears wishing to hear the direction of the intruder but all she could hear was the loud pounding of her heart and her harsh breath. Her hands grabbed onto the arm of a chair while her fingers seemed out anything they could hold onto but those trembling, shaky hands couldn't get hold of any defense.Her body grew tense to the point of shaking; She swallowed dryly, unable to wet her parched throat as she crept towards the hall.
