Chapter Thirty Four

Elaina braced herself as Rathial approached her.  She didn't know what exactly it was he wanted with her, but she knew that it couldn't be good.

"Oh don't look at me like that." Rathial purred as he stopped a mere few inches from Elaina.  "I told you before that I have no intention of hurting you."

"Then what exactly are you planning?" Elaina demanded trying to step back only to find that her feet and legs wouldn't work.  "What did you do to me?"

Rathial let out a laugh, "I simply made it where you couldn't try to escape.  As for what I want didn't I mention it before?  I want you to join me Elaina."

"Never." Elaina hissed.  The man had to be mad to think that she would ever join his dark army.  "I'd rather die."

Seeming unphased Rathial looked to the closest frozen warrior.  With a snap of his fingers the man disentagrated right before Elaina's eyes.
