Chapter Thirty-Four: Kelanar

Kelanar wakes up the next morning and quickly dresses to go and help George when she finds Master John in the hall by her room.

“Morning Sir,” says Kelanar.

“Kelanar, I just checked on your work from last time and I have to say I am impressed. You did a good job. After dinner you will do them again. It rained last night. I am sure they are very muddy after today’s drills,” says Master John.

Before Kelanar can respond, he walks away and heads outside.

Kelanar heads to the kitchen to start peeling potatoes and sees George is already up.

“Morning George and thank you for last night's dinner,” says Kelanar.

He turns away from the stove.

“Well, good morning, Kelanar. So glad to see you’re back, but I hear you got into some trouble. I warned you about making Master John upset,” says George.

“I know, I try, but it is harder than I thought it would be.”
