“Where is she?”  I yell.

“We don’t know.  She disappeared after they were killed.”  My beta says.

“How fucking hard can it be to find a 14-year-old girl?”  I ask.

“Seriously, she has no scent, and being the hybrid she is it makes it almost impossible to find her.”  He replies.

“Goddammit, I want her.  They promised she would be mine after her damn parents were dead.”  I growl out.

“I know.  If they would have done their part to keep her there with them then we wouldn’t be in this situation.”  He adds.

I fall back into my chair and slam my hand down on my desk.  Her damn great aunt and older cousin promised that they would hand her over to me once her parents were out of the way.  They had promised her to me the day she was born.  I look out my window at my pack.  We aren’t technically a pack since we are all rogues.  We have all banded together, and I became the alpha 14 years ago.  That’s when all this started.  I wanted to have the biggest pack in the state.  She was going to be my secret weapon in making that happen.  I wanted her mother, but she rejected me as her true mate.  I had rejected my true mate for her. No, she had to go and play house with her true mate.  That made me sick since he was a hybrid.  She should have tainted herself with that trash.  Cyreena’s true mate was half warlock and half werecat.  She was the daughter of the fae king.  Both of his lines were the purest and strongest being from the goddess that had created both of those species. 

“We know she was last seen in the fae realm.  That was only a couple of days ago.  I have men watching to see if they see her there or leaving.”  My beta Cal says.

“Ok, keep them there.  I need to know where she is.”  I tell him. 

“Has anyone spotted her yet?”  My gamma Drake asks.

“We think she is in the fea kingdom right now,”  I say.

He takes a seat on the couch and the three of us discuss how we are going to capture this girl.  She belongs to me and I will find her if I have to follow her all over the world.
