One Hundred and Ninety Seven

30th of December, our family decided to celebrate the New Years Eve at our resthouse in one of the famous city in the country. We wasn't able to hang on with them during the trip because Kalex has been busy lately and he needs to finish his work first before Holiday set in. So as a good and loyal wife, I patiently waited for him until he finishes his work and tagged along with him during the trip to our rest house.
"Are you hungry?" He asked.
I then heard my stomach, as if signaling me to have a bite before it's too late and I would have done worse.
"Obviously, what do you think?" I asked, more like throwing a sarcasm between my words.
