"You're aware that your performance for the past two months was atrocious, right?" Gerard confront me, and disppointment plastered on his face as he looked at me, making me lower my gaze due to embarrassment.

I am fully aware of what he is referring to. Disappointment is actually an understatement for everything. I handled three projects and all of those went on disaster, not even a single event went successful. Even I was so disappointed of my performance because I know I could have done better if only I did my best and concentrated on what has to be done rather than being distracted of Kalex's presence.
