Brandon thanked the stars that he was able to make it in time. Seeing Emma so out of it was like someone had stuck a knife through his chest. This wasn't supposed to happen. The interview had been meant to turn things against her grandfather who thought he could use public opinion against her. But from the look on her face, it seemed things had gone the other way. He hated how she was so affected by her friend's death and why she would be shaken up this way, which was why he had teamed up with his friends to find out who had been behind the comment. The interview had been placed on hold until she was in the right state of mind to continue. Brandon knew they had little time and if this was the only thing he could do for Emma, then he was going to do it well.
