“Your name, please,” the nurse requested, saying polite words but having a very contrasting look on her face. She was probably tired and wondering why this smallish lady here was keen on seeing a patient who now had a 'clean slate’, as they called it at Aztec Infirmary.

“Ruby.. Ruby Coxson..” was the response.

Ruby had noticed the unfriendly sneer and state from this nurse from the minute she'd walked in, but she was there for something important, and she was keen on just focusing on that.
