Chapter Ninety Six

The weight that was put upon me was even more terrifying to think of and trying to figure out a solution that wasn't forthcoming was even more depressing. I sat on my chair hesitantly waiting for an idea to pop in.

I was more worried now, especially with the fact that Lisa attacked Maximo knowing just how much she could prove to be a threat against me and all fingers would be pointed at me, regarding the fact that I was the one who helped her.

I didn't mean for her to get caught up in all of this windmill and neither did I. Now it was getting to the point where I could no longer handle it acting as if it was choking me up. My head was severely banging, trying to pinpoint the entire situation.

My door suddenly burst open, revealing my beta. I let out a frustrated groan as I was in no mood to see anyone. I was already fucked up and didn't need to add to my depression making my situation worse.

He walked over to me with some kind of files in his hands. I was confused for a bit
