"Colton and I are over. How many times do you want me to repeat myself, Hail?" Mia groaned.
"Girl, I'm not asking you to jump on him and kiss him and neither am I forcing you to get back together with him. I'm only pleading that you hear him out. It's the most reasonable thing to do and after that, you will decide if you want him or not!"
Mia didn't say a word.
"You know I don't like it when you start chickening out. You literally have nothing to lose. What are you scared of?"
"What am I scared of?" Mia whispered. "I don't know. Maybe I'm scared of the fact that he will have a reasonable explanation for me, we will get back together and before I know it, something like this will happen again.
