Natasha went back to her office that made her secretary furrowed her brows in confusion.
“I thought you’ll be back by tomorrow, ma’am,” she said and was about to follow her inside when she stopped her by raising her hand.
“Not now, Kendra. I want some time alone,” she told her and slammed the door of her office.
She was disappointed by herself. It was just pure business. Why did she suddenly start on thinking about Howard? It doesn’t matter how his touch differs from others. She should have been objective and controlled herself from being emotional. Now, she lost a partnership that her company had been looking forward to.
