“Go away, Aidan.” I don’t even look at him as I walk up to my front door.

“Where the hell have you been?” He shouts at me as he pushes off the threshold of my door.

“Out.” I unlock the door.

“Where you driving while drinking?”

“No.” I smile at him. “Now go away.”

I slam the door in his face and lock it. I hear him pounding against it but pull a cigarette out of the container and light it before turning up the radio.
