"Is it really the first time you ate a taco?" he nods, taking another bite. "In how many years? How old are you?’

"Twenty-eight.

"And you never ate?" Alec denies with his head. "Wow... you have a lot to learn yet.”

"I look forward to learning from you.”

Once again, Evangeline found herself embarrassed by a line from Alec. He realized and not to leave her more dull and end up wanting to leave, he decides to pull the subject.

"So... my first question...”

"Will there be more?”

"You said you’d let me know all about you." He raises an eyebrow and tries the guacamole. "Yuck... this...”

Alec spits out the spicy sauce and causes laughter in Evangeline. Even laughing, she gets up and asks for a bottle of water to the owner of the establishment and comes back to help Alec.

"I think I should have warned you about the pepper...”

"Yeah." he murmurs, before drinking a generous sip of water. That didn’t resolve the burning
