It was deadly silent the way back to Bright's parent's house. I never had been to his childhood home before. It was my first time going there and I was really eager and looking forward to see his room. He used to rant on a lot about his room, on how he would paste literally everything he see attractive in his eyes. He made this common joke about;

"I might paste you on the wall if we go there one day." it was one of his usual flirting lines.

Though I was looking forward to see his room and understand more about him, things kept bothering me. One thing was the way Bright's mother smiled at me. They both didn't question me, only said hello.

Some might say, it was normal or even they seem to like you no matter who you are.
