David and Elizabeth continued to run.
Despite wanting to be with David, Bob had to stay with Elizabeth. The loss of David’s limb caused him to be imbalanced. If Bob stayed with him, David’s movements could suffer lethal mistakes, mistakes that he can’t afford when up against the Draco.
