Chris's POV

I immediately brought Richard closer when I saw him walking back from the figure of the man, away from the sight of him that I didn't want to meet. I looked at my son quite sharply, barely controlling my emotions.

"Richard, how could you do something like that? You almost made Mom's heart stop beating." I said, holding both of my son's arms tightly.

"Mom, there's no need to be afraid. I'm fine." He answered calmly, looking confident despite his long chat with the man. "That man didn't recognize me at all and just thought of me as an ordinary child."

I paused, not feeling like agreeing with Richard's words. My son was a genius. Although Chris didn't know my son's identity at the moment, he must have also felt that Richard was not an ordinary child.

"Hm... in my opinion, he's not very smart either, ma'am. He didn't realize the shortcomings of the housekeeper robot prototype on display there." Richard snorted.
