“Madam,” Stanley called out with a bow and approached her where she stood, her arms crossed.

“What are you doing here?” Ava looked around, her face unyielding. “I’m sure Luke sent you?”

Ava was certain. She had even seen him planting a tracker on the car Luke was going to give her as a gift before the wedding. She had been observing Luke without his notice and to think she was a fool, she had to drag Stanley this far from the mansion and Luke so she could have a conversation with him, without anyone knowing.

“What are you doing here ma’am? This place is not safe for you to be at.” Instead of a reply, he tried to evade. Foolish for him not to know that Ava was steps ahead.
