Ava leaned back in her office chair, her eyes fixed intently on Stanley. "Tell me more, Stanley. What exactly is Jackson planning?"

Stanley's expression was grave. "He's trying to buy his way into the governor's seat, Ava. He's offering large sums of money to influential people, trying to sway their support in his favor."

Ava's eyes narrowed. "And what about the others? The ones who aren't so easily swayed by his money? I mean, he’s going up against me in the upcoming election, isn’t he thinking that it’s impossible for him to win? How much people is he ready to buy?"

Stanley hesitated before speaking. "He's using other tactics, Ava. He's digging up dirt on his opponents, trying to discredit them. And...he's also using his charm, trying to win people over with his charisma."
