Faye's POV

"Hi, mom."

The words came out of my mouth without any gentle touch to it like it used to be and I kinda hesitated before saying hi to my own mother. I don't know what's happening to me, it's like there's this feeling in me that makes me want to prove to her so badly, that I can be just like her. When it comes to training with mom, she's always in her kind of Mafia-Queen-badass mode. She shoots a gun like she can do it hundred times with her eyes closed and when she fights, god knows how she's able to do that even though age is catching up to her but she still has a body that models would die for.
