Lyka’s P.O.V

Gabriel came back after a while to help with the pain in my leg and all this time we were all silent. He didn't look at me once however curious and guilty I felt. I wanted to ask him about his parents but judging by the pain that were in his eyes a while back, it was a sore topic I didn't wish to push.

I don't know how long I have been sleeping because one thing I remember between Gabriel helping me and going out after telling me to get some rest, I remember crying myself to sleep.

When I squint my eyes open, I realise I may have slept for quite some hours looking at the dark clouds outside. I need a bath with all the drowsiness I feel in my body.
