CHAPTER-32 Danger

Sameer came early to his office with a flower and a sorry card that Puneet had suggested to him last night. He waited but Naina didn't show up. He became upset as well as angry too. So think to visit Puneet's cabin first. When he reached in front of his cabin, he found Puneet at the door.

"Hey, Buddy. You are here. I was looking for you." Puneet said very urgently.

"Why?" Sameer asked in a cold tone.

"To inform you that today Naina is not coming to the office. She has called me a while ago. I tried to call you but it was unreachable. So I thought to find you and tell you in person." He told him.

"My number was unreachable because I broke my phone." He said very angrily while gritting his teeth.

"But why?" Puneet asked puzzled.

"It's none of your business. Just tell me the reason for her leave of absence." Sameer asked fuming in anger.

"She is feeling unwell. So she asked for a day off. I think it's not the real reason. She's hiding from you."

Puneet said looking everywhere but him.
