I grimaced, “My goodness, was there an accident? I hope no one got hurt?” Fires are nasty, I shuddered just thinking about one I saw on the news a few weeks back, another reason I don’t watch the news, it’s full of sad depressing things, and while I feel for the innocent people getting hurt, it’s a lot to take.
