CHAPTER FIFTY-EIGHT

Esther bounced off the walls when he saw Richard because she least expected him to be present. She walked speedily to where her cousins stood. They were mesmerised as well.

"He came!" Her voice broke with excitement as she spoke.

"Yeah, but what I don't understand is whether he cancelled his trip." Said Mercy and the three gazed at him as he twirled Jina in a groove in a breezy way. Jina showed some resistance at first, but with an instinct that she was the spot for everyone's eyes simply gave in even though her anger was boiling which she decided to displace by stepping on his toe.

"Sorry," she said with a smirk and Richard made a slight grimace. In fear of acute embarrassment, he didn't bite back, but rather disguised his pain with a light smile and responded,
