As much as Damien was happy to see Eden affected by the closeness they were sharing, he felt angry as well on himself as a thought of need settled in his guts.

It was always the girls to crave him. No effort was needed from his side. Until now..

He desperately needed this woman. Though she wasn't the type of girls, he liked, she was getting control over his mind in this matter and he hated to lose control.

With the little bit of restraint left in him, he pulled away from Eden, acting against his own wish. Not just he retreated from her, he left the cabin as well without uttering anything.

As he was well aware, he wouldn't be able to hold back for long with his fizzy mind.

A red Eden was left behind. The shade didn't come from anger. Well, not only from anger. A desire stirred in her which she tried to ignore in a futile attempt.
