Chapter Sixty-five - You are important

The first few weeks were extremely tiring for Adam and Lillian who barely had time for anything other than the twins. They spent so much time taking care of the boys that when they fell asleep or didn't cry for a while, it was their turn to try to sleep since that was the least they could do. But they didn't always make it for long.

Lillian and Adam never knew what day they were living in, they just lived it. It had been days since they'd known what it was like to watch television and they only saw daylight when they had to take the kids to get a vaccine.

The nights were long, the mornings flew by, and they were lost in their routine. One of these nights, Lillian found herself crying because she only realized that the twins had completed the first month of life when they were about to complete forty days.
