Serena’s POV:

Last night was spectacular. I ran around like a free person and enjoyed every bit of it. With Reynard keeping an eye on me, I wasn’t afraid of exploring the woods and letting Ena do whatever she wanted to do. And as expected, I woke up in a car and cozied up in a blanket that he had brought with him for me.

I was fully dressed. He might have helped me slip into my dress from last night. A little red-tinted my cheeks at the thought of Reynard dressing me up. I opened my eyes completely, and as soon as I raised my gaze, I saw Reynard in the driver’s seat. He was casually sitting there and looking outside the window when I sat up and informed him that I had woken up.

"Morning!" he greeted, looking at me only through the mirror.

"Thank you so much for the night," I whispered, fixing my attire and realizing this was only momentarily. Soon I will have to return to that hell called home.
