Laura’s POV

I haven’t been able to reach Hunter since last night, I’m worried. He promised he would be here last night but he didn’t come, I called him a couple of times but he didn’t pick up, I called Rick and made up an excuse to ask about Hunter and Rick doesn’t know where he is.

I was in school hoping for Hunter to come, he has to come there is an important test and no one can miss it.

“Still worried,” Mia asked.

“Yeah, what if something happened to him?, last time his mother was sick maybe it’s her again, I don’t know what to think of,” I said.

“Nothing would, if he doesn’t come today we would find another way to get to him,” Bella said.

I hope he comes.

We heard the bell ring and we got into class, the test would be starting anytime soon.
