Laura’s POV

I have never felt happy like this, I never thought they would be okay with me staying with them, they seemed very nice rather, and it was obvious Hunter spoke to them about me if not they won’t have known about me and they won’t have been so happy to see me.

I’m glad everything is going fine, even though they have been nice to me, I don’t plan on staying for a long time I know no matter how you like someone you would prefer your personal space and I don’t want to burden them.

“The aroma is amazing here,” I said once we got to the kitchen, Lucas was in an apron standing In front of a hot stove.

“Wow, she gets a good morning and all I get is been hit with a spoon.” Luke huffed dramatically, I always thought about what it would be like not being the only child and having siblings and right now it feels like I have two older brothers that act like a child.
