I looked up as the door to my office creaked open, Bella, Adil and Jerry walked in, I adjusted in my seat as I sat up straight, they walked in, Adil and Bella sat on the chairs in front of me, while Jerry took his seat on a single chair not very far from where we were.

“At this point I think we should speak with Ma’am Becky,” Bella said, Adil slowly turned to look at me,

“I agree with you Bella,” he muttered his gaze still on me, I exhaled deeply discretely rolling my eyes to the back of my head.

I picked up my phone and played the voice note again, her voice filtered out and the whole room went silent like this was the first time they were listening to it.
