I stared at Janelle’s message and read it over and over again, the fact that she was being so formal with me was killing me, I texted her asking after her well being and Tehilla’s but she didn’t even reply to me after that, the messages marked as seen but she didn’t reply to them.

I could not take this anymore, Darn the consequences, I just cannot bear to seat here and do nothing, I was going crazy from just seating here and doing nothing to help. I grabbed my jacket, wore it over my shirt and headed towards the door, immediately I got to the door, I saw someone raise the butt of a Pistol towards me, before he could hit me, in split seconds, I stepped back and slammed the door on his face, I wasn’t fast enough and because I absolutely did not see this coming, I lost balance and let go of the door, giving whoever it was access into the house.
