"Either I'm incredibly fascinating or there's something on my face - care to share which one it is?" I heard his voice again, this time more cool and smooth.

I held my lips close as I rolled my eyes, turned around and walked back to the small platform infront of the mirror.

It was the very rude guy I bumped into at the hospital, even if I couldn’t recognize his face very well, his voice isn’t something I would forget in an hurry, although I remember his face quite well.

“Are you stalking me?!” I asked as I stood on the platform and the lady attending to me came to adjust the dress on my body as usual, I lifted my gaze and looked at him through the window, the corner of his lips was curled in a small smile.

“You look like you could use my help and some company,” He said, I rolled my eyes to the back of my head as I turned to look at the lady, she was now done and she stood back to hear my thoughts about the gown.

“Is this how you allow strangers walk in on your customers rudely?!” I asked calmly and I could hear him chuckle lightly behind me.

“I’m sorry ma’am, but he owns this place,” she replied calmly with an apologetic bow, I turned around and stepped down, holding the gown up in both my hands.

“He owns this place?! And so?!” I muttered but he quietly just walked over to where all the bridal dresses was hung, he looked through them and I just stood there staring at him and wondering what he was up to, after a while, he took out a dress, walked back to me and stretched it out to me.

“What?!” I sneered raising the corner of my lips and not taking my eyes off him.

“Or is this on the house?!” I added in a mutter, he chuckled as he met my gaze and moved closer to me.

“That should suit you better,”

“Don’t think I’ll accept this as an apology for the nonsense you did yesterday!” I said as I gently snatched the dress from his hands and walked into the changing room.

.

“Much Better!” I heard him mutter as I stepped out of the changing room, I turned to see him seated on the couch with his legs crossed, he uncrossed his legs and got up to his feet as soon as he saw me, I saw a small smile flash through his eyes but it disappeared as soon as it came.

I ignored him and walked straight to the mirror, it was an off shoulder gown with an illusion skin net on the arms and Lace petals lined all over it, it was straight and slim fit all the way to my knee and sort of an A shaped flare from my knee downwards, then it had a very huge extension thingy clipped to my waist all the way down and all over the place, a small smile stretched on my lips as I saw my reflection in the mirror. Perfect!

“I guess it’s a worthy apology,” I heard his very annoying and unsolicited voice again but I was too glad with my reflection to give him one of those looks to make him keep his mouth shut, not like those looks had any effect on him though.

“Whatever makes you sleep this night,” I replied absentmindedly still silently gushing over my reflection and perfect hourglass shape.

“So why are you shopping for a bridal dress alone?!,” The very rude guy whose name I found out to be Enzo asked his eyes not leaving my face.

I gently picked up the cup of coffee on the table infront of me and quietly took a sip, I placed the cup back on the table and flipped my gaze to him.

“What happened to apologizing over a cup of coffee, why are we suddenly discussing my private life?!” I asked my eyes meeting his and settling there, he chuckled a little bit as he broke the eye contact, picked up his cup of coffee and took a sip from it, I just sat there staring intently at his every movement.

“I thought we’ve gone past that,” he mutttered as he dropped his cup of coffee back on the table and lifted his gaze towards me again.

“Can’t a friend be concerned?!” He said, my eyes temporarily went shut as I scoffed loudly, I opened them back and looked up at him,

“A friend?!” I muttered, I didn’t know what it was that triggered me, maybe it was the fact that I’ve gone through a whole lot in the hands of friends and he was calling me that so carelessly.

“You joke!” I muttered as I pushed my chair backwards and stood up,

“Thank you for the coffee, it was a welcome distraction, I really needed it,” I said to him, he nodded shortly and with a small grateful and lopsided smile I turned around and walked away, immediately I got outside a wave of dizziness hit me, I staggered two steps backwards and I held onto the wall tightly for a while to regain my composure, my head began to bang loudly, once I was sure that I was better, I began to head for my car, as soon as I got to my car I pulled the door open and walked in, I got settled in and just as I was about to turn on the ignition, my phone beeped signalling a new message.

I gently picked it up and clicked it open.

-“Don’t try what you’re about to start! Or you’ll pay for it dearly”- The anonymous message read, I rolled my eyes to the back of my head, probably one of the numerous girlfriend the person I was getting married to has, do they think I can be threatened by that?! I dropped my phone carelessly on the other chair, turned on the engine and zoomed off.
