There was a long line of people at the cafe when Ruby got in. It was typical, it was lunch break and she had very much expected it. Nate’s company was located at one of the most industrialized cities in Oregon and most companies around had the same lunch break.

She quickly found an empty table before it got filled up. Nate in his now usual manner had sent flowers to her and left her a note, wishing her a great day. Everything about him left her amazed and she wanted him more.
