Chp 12 Pt. 1 Coven’s Loss

As soon I order the elders to be called I see Dimitri, Gabriel and even Davina all shutter.

“What is wrong?” Davina appears to have a fearful expression on her face.

“It’s the coven, we need to go now!” Davina replies. I don’t understand what is going on but I refuse to let her go alone.

“Mark, you and Daniela stay here with mom and the kids. Everyone else here we’re going with Dimitri. The coven needs our help. We are ready when you are Dimitri.”

“No time to waste.”

Dimitri recites some words and we are in the middle of his coven. They are being attacked. Houses are on fire, people are running screaming. I see kids hiding, tears stain their faces, with their parents no where in sight. Bodies line the streets, including children.

“Anastasia where are you!”

I can here Dimitri desperately looking for his daughter. Dimitri is furious and begins killing anyone in sight that doesn’t belong. He is very powerful and I would hate to be on the receiving end of his anger. It’s utter cha
