I am very happy Derek took the week off along with Owen and Mark. With no leads on Malayah and no attacks in months, there is nothing we can do. Everyone could use a little happiness for a while. I do my best to stay happy but that’s hard when we are missing a family member. I know Malayah is not dead I can feel it, but that also means she is suffering and I don’t like that either. I can feel Derek has fallen asleep already. His arm on top of me has gotten heavy and his breathing has deepened. I focus on his breathing and soon I drift off to sleep. I think I am asleep anyway. I am back in the garden in the dragon realm. I look around expecting to see my parents but it’s not them.
