Chapter 39: Felicity and Despondency

Subsequent to that night, Sophia didn’t received any of the Noah’s call. And it was not like that Noah’s obsessive ass left her in peace. He did tried to be her guest at her home, but she never opened the door of her mansion or her heart for him.

He kept on ringing the bell for her to unbar the door, but Sophia like a deaf gave cold shoulder to all of his solicitation.

Left with no other course of action at all he texted Sophia.

“Open the door at once, or I’ll break it like last time I did.”

After minutes, his phone vibrated, smirking he received the call but didn’t spoke a word and bidding his time and waiting for the other person to speak first.

Giving up, Sophia spoke first.
