“Never mind. I have nothing to give,” I shrugged it off, not giving Alpha Calix a chance to ask anything from me. I was sure what he would ask wasn’t easy to do. He wouldn’t take something not beneficial after all.

“If you change your mind, all you have to do is ask.”

“No thanks, Alpha.”

After several minutes of being out of the world, Norman returned to his senses and his eyes went back to its original state. I gave my full attention to him.

“Have you talked to her? To the guardian?” I asked which made Norman questioned,

“Have you met her?”

“The guardian of Cursed Mirror? Yes, when I was locked inside.”

“Really?” Norman seemed like he couldn’t believe it.

“What’s with your reaction, Norman? You think she’s lying?” Calix asked, his eyes narrowing sharply at the warlock.

“No, it’s not that. It’s just, the guardians of the relics don’t show to every person that goes inside the relics, especially the Cursed Mirror. They only show themselves to someone special, someone who has the ability
