‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍Ben prepared to leave shortly, after explaining to Greta that Alex's introduction earlier was a repulse action, one which she might have been used to when she was with her parents who were now dead, but that now, she had lost all her memories. Ben pulled Alex aside after telling her to be more careful.

"I will be back, to get you Alex, but till then be very careful you can't afford to arouse any suspicion or anything of that sort, no one is to know except me and you, okay? As I said, I will be back, I will come get you" Ben promised as he waved her goodbye and drove off.

Alex held to that promise with her dear life, Ben was the only person she knew here in Demeris, she felt like he was also the only person she could trust since her dad handed her over to him. She started her life on Long Hill, Demeris, her new home. The first three months were bliss but then the months that followed were hell.

It's been two years since Ben dropped Alex o
